Information that you supply by completing forms, (both on and offline) The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. In the majority of instances, the specific request is the reservation of hotel accommodation at one of our partner hotels, (including the disclosure of your credit or debit card details to us, be it either online and offline)

Please ensure that any data you supply to us which relates to third parties is provided to us with their consent and knowledge of our proposed uses of their data.

If you send e-postcards using the website you should note that the message you send is not encrypted with SSL technology therefore you should exercise good judgment about the nature of the information you include. The message you send will contain a unique URL and the database that stores information about your e-postcard will be deleted after 7 days once the recipient has viewed it, or after 30 days if it has not been viewed by the recipient by then.
